How does the information found here compare with other information on the same subject?

Source and Date Who is the author or sponsor? What is the authority or expertise of the person or group who created this site? Is any sort of bias evident? When was the site last updated? Do the links work?

Is contact information for the author or organization included?

Structure Does the document follow good design principles? Does the text follow basic rules of grammar, spelling and composition? How usable is the web site?
