Rationale for Knowledge Management & Capitalisation Frequently Asked Questions! Do we focus on the real needs in our regions or areas? Do we have strong evidence to support the rationale for programme & project development? Can we identify transferable results? Do we know other regions which face similar challenges? On a larger scale, can we make a compelling case for cooperation? How can INTERACT contribute to Networking for Results?

Creating a project culture that targets the identification of change and transferable results Allowing regions for a deep understanding of shared challenges and experiences to date Linking cooperation to other policies and building links to projects under other programmes By taking a European view we can provide convincing statistical evidence on the results of cooperation Demonstrating the benefits of European Territorial Cooperation Identify policy gaps and synergies, providing better guidance for decision- making; How can INTERACT contribute to Networking for Results?

The thematic interaction among projects dealing with common issues will raise awareness of what is going on in different cooperation areas The exchange of this knowledge will ensure that every new project can build strongly on the lessons of past programmes Mechanism for capturing and comparing projects information on EU level Documenting, processing and transferring of information into a common knowledge base To provide statistical evidence about the results of cooperation that is not available from individual programmes Systematic analysis of knowledge it will be possible to setup a benchmarking tool and learning base of the results achieved How can INTERACT contribute to Networking for Results?
