Public health librarians ensure you have access to full text health information  A public health library, with at least 25 journal subscriptions, can become a DOCLINE library.  DOCLINE Libraries network with medical libraries throughout the nation to access full text journal articles.  Some medical libraries share freely with each other libraries are currently members of freeshare.

Pool resources to make accessing full text health information a reality. Cease departmental buying of journals Eliminate duplicate subscriptions Colorado has 55 public health entities. All entities contribute to Library. Resources available for 25 journal subscriptions Library and DOCLINE membership established Librarian provides delivery of full text articles to public health workers across the state.

The Public Health Section of the Medical Library Association lists core journals for public health collections (info.med.yale.edu/eph/phlibrary/phjournals/)info.med.yale.edu/eph/phlibrary/phjournals/ The Journal Citation Reports (subscription database) notes which public health journals have the highest impact factor.
