Why did Christmas Begin? Christmas began to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

Where did Christmas begin? Christmas began in Bethlehem.

What happens during Christmas? On Christmas Day lots of people go to their church to celebrate. After dinner on Christmas Eve, the kids open their presents from their parents. On Christmas morning the kids wake up to candy and toy filled stockings.

Interesting facts about Christmas Christmas was not celebrated as the birthday of Christ until the year AD 440. Christmas was finally declared a national holiday in the 1870’s.
