The INTERACT Points Information and Animation Makes INTERREG information and experiences visible and accessible. Qualification and Transfer Provides training, networking and new ideas for all members of the INTERREG community. IIIC Coordination Supports cooperation between the four INTERREG IIIC programme zones and shares experience with INTERACT Stakeholders. Managing Transition and External Cooperation Promotes INTERREG knowledge transfer in the areas affected by the EU enlargement process. Tool Box Identifies good practice and develops practical tools for INTERREG programme management.

INTERACT Point Information & Animation (IA) Making INTERREG Experiences Visible and Accessible - IA acts like INTERACT’s information and communications department - Gathers news and experiences from INTERREG stakeholders - Makes this information available to all actors within the INTERREG community

To begin from the beginning –COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1159/2000 –on information and publicity measures to be carried out by the Member States concerning –You find it in English on the INTERACT Website –There is a Guide to the regulation on –You will also find examples of Communication plans on the INTERACT Website in the INTERREG Section under Programme Management Tools

Internal communication Internal objectives –All co-workers should feel that they know the objectives of the IONAS Project. –Do not forget the partner’s staff not directly involved in the project. –They are good ambassadors too.

External communication External objectives –To make the INTERREG Community aware of what the IONAS Project is and how it contributes to INTERREG –To create good, open and honest dialogue with the media and the world around in general. –To increase interest in INTERREG and help advance its continued good reputation.

INTERACT Corporate Identity with Editorial strategy You are a part of INTERACT –All INTERACT products contribute to the INTERACT message. –To come across as an INTERACT Project you are very welcome to use the INTERACT Corporate Identity Manual (CIM) with an Editorial strategy. –Corporate Identity defines INTERACT typography, logotypes, colours, guidelines for spelling and abbreviations etc. and Editorial strategy are guidelines for production of graphic material.

Event Announcement Form Let everyone know about your INTERACT Project event. Use the Event Announcement Form on the INTERACT website.

Marketing Tools –You can get INTERACT marketing tools and publications for events as pens, pads, newsletters, management tools and reports. Contact IA well ahead of time, so that the requested product is available in stock. –Information and Animation will advice on Corporate Identity matters if needed for your own produced marketing tools. –If suitable the slogan “Sharing INTERREG experiences” should be included on marketing products.

Contact information –IA is about to finalise a Contact database. We will be able to provide contact information. If you are for example looking for contact information to financial managers within a group of certain programmes. –For integrity reasons the database as such will stay internal and not be of public access on the INTERACT Website
