HEALTHY CARBOHYDRATES Vegetables (all kind), fruit, oats (oat meal), brown rice, seeds, nuts, chia, lentils, whole grain breads, potatoes. Carbohydrates give you energy.

HEALTHY PROTEINS Turkey & chicken breast, tuna, salmon, cheese, pork loin, lean beef, tofu, beans, eggs, yogurt, milk & soy milk, nuts & seeds. Protein builds up muscles & organs & helps heal cuts & grazes

HEALTHY FATS Avocado, olives, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, canola, sunflower oil, olive oil, herring, mackerel, salmon, trout. Fats store energy helps stay warm, keeps skin & hair healthy.
