Math & Common Core This year students will receive a math textbook in addition to some handouts for extra practice. We are not following the chapters in order Students are being taught according to Common core standards. This looks different than the traditional way that most adults learned. I am teaching according to common core standards but also incorporate the way we used to learn as well It is imperative that students are exposed to both ways of learning so that they can be successful both in life with critical thinking problems and standardized tests they take in the future.
