STUDENT's "When I Feel Frustrated" Story "I feel angry." "I feel frustrated." Text Credit: Based on a story by Michele Gardner http://www.polyxo.com/socialstories/ss0002.html

Sometimes I feel angry or frustrated.

All people feel angry or frustrated sometimes.

When I feel angry or frustrated, I can find a teacher, my mom, my dad, or another adult.

When I find them I will use words to tell them that I am angry or frustrated.

"I feel angry." "I feel frustrated." I can say, "I feel angry" or "I feel frustrated.“ It is okay to use words when I am angry or frustrated.

They will talk to me about what happened and about how I feel.

This could help me to feel better.

They can also teach me ways to help myself feel better.

When I am angry or frustrated, I can try to find someone to talk to about how I feel.

The End.
