Your body needs good food and exercise to stay healthy. Your brain needs rest in order to think clearly. Your body goes through a lot of growth when you are a teenager. Your emotions may sometimes feel like a bouncing ball. You may feel angry one minute, then happy the next. Teenagers need to take good care of themselves as they grow and change.
