Evidences from interviewees: From supervisor: “It is classified into two level --- personal level which related to personal matter and company level that affect the entire business of the company” From subordinate: “I feel angry when I was being criticized. But then I will think about it again and find out is that really my fault. If that’s my fault then I will accept it”

Our findings: Supervisors –Objective –Company-oriented Subordinates –Subjective –Self-oriented Different positions, level of education, culture  don’t have the same flow of thinking  different views Arguments may happen
