The Spanish-American War What is the main purpose of this passage? Why did the United States declare war against Spain? What is the most interesting thing you have learned from this passage? What would you say is your personal listening preference, fiction or nonfiction?

Question of the Day Day 1 : What kind of kernel does the colonel eat at the movies? Day 2 : What is a favorite time of day when family members tell each other stories? Day 3 : Chita cherishes her father’s old hat, belt and medal. What objects from your family’s past do you think are special? Why?
