The Voyages Program identifies opportunities and provides a framework for charting accomplishments by University of West Florida students preparing for leadership roles in an increasingly complex global community. Vision

To create a leadership community of students whose progress through the Voyages Program will result in the acquisition of leadership skills and personal development. “See where it takes you!” Goal

Overview

Leadership Development 12 Personal Development 3 Service 4 Academics The four areas of emphasis are:

 Attend personal development workshops  Attend and/or participate in the Leadership Symposium  Explore career possibilities, prepare a resume, and take part in a mock interview  Participate in service projects  Create a community of leaders through membership in a Leader Circle  Achieve or surpass a GPA of 2.75  Develop a relationship with a mentor and learn to mentor others  Receive recognition at commencement Students who join Voyages will:
