What are the courses about? to give an understanding of the Principles and Standards of Citizen Leadership to develop the leadership skills of people who use services and their families to help create a service culture where Citizen Leadership can thrive.
What are the courses about? 15 people who use services on one course (3 days) 15 people who provide them on one course (3 days) Both groups come together (2 days) Go away and work for 3 months then come together again (2 days)
