Definition of Industrial Park Territory on which economic activity, including industrial production, services provision, scientific research and/or technological development are performed

Consultation Pilot Ex-ante Policy Impact Assessment on Industrial Parks Working Group composed of interested institutions Round tables and interviews with local authorities, potential industrial park developers and residents, business associations and other institutions Existing reports and statistics, including EU Research on opportunity of establishing industrial parks in Moldova Regulatory Impacts Analysis accepted by the Working Group on Regulatory Reform

Support for Industrial Parks Changing agricultural land destination free of charge Allocation of public estate for use free of charge Allowing privatization of public land Proving fiscal incentives according to Tax Code Allowing reduction of rent price for public estate offered to residents by up to 70% Proving financial contribution for construction of infrastructure Optimization of bureaucratic procedures by establishing a special commission Optimization of state control/inspection by approving their schedule Monitoring investors by the Council for promotion of investment projects of national importance
