Effective & Efficient Grants Management As a component of the College’s Grant Management System the Approval to Submit Form has been implemented to make routing grant proposals more efficient and allow for any substantive issues relating to submission to be resolved in a timely manner. The grants development process, endorsed by Dr. Atwater at the 11/9/2010 Cabinet Meeting, can be found in Appendix 5.1 of HCC’s Grants Manual.
