What is Vgov? Vgov (Versatile Government Online Vehicle) is CSC’s new online government order management system that gives our customers a tool from which to manage a particular project and all future projects across a number of government contract vehicles.

How is Vgov useful? Vgov allows a customer to create, edit, and save a Bill of Materials (BOM) for a particular project, after which, (s)he can print, fax, or the BOM internally or directly to CSC for order placement.

After One-time registration, CSC will provide you with a password Login Screen

Home Page Choose CATALOG/BOM to begin Your Name Here

Catalog/BOM Choose New BOM or pick a Previous Project

New BOM YOUR NAME. Choose Your Contract, Name your Project, Add Instructions Then Click “Add Items”

Add Items Choose Search Type in a product description or Choose a manufacturer from the Drop Down List (or both) then Choose Search

Select Items to Add Scroll to Review results, then simply add the quantity you need of each individual item “Add Items to BOM”

Add Items to BOM Review your BOM then choose to Add Items, Save, Print, ….

Save BOM Once saved, you can reference this BOM at any time
