Sent broadcast to employees with information on the recent mutual fund controversy and highlighted the one fund in our 21 fund offerings that is currently named in the investigation.. (Other – specify, cont’d) federal agency, so N/A Replaced two fund with similar classed funds that were not under investigation in 401(k) Received a letter of assurance that our administrator is in no way involved in any type of mutual fund manipulation or scandal. Government Agency/not involved Putnam has given us two letters which we have distributed to all employees. As part of a larger, parent organization, it will be up to the parent organization to make the decision to change investment management companies. Sent letters explaining the relationship we have with Strong and the funds that are under investigation. Other than that, not much training has taken place. no longer allow EEs to invest so heavily in company stock switched to TIAA-CREF last April. Believe them to be more reputable than others might be. All funds are Fidelity We're public employer. Funds controlled by State.

Associate Administrators have not been informed at this point of any actions, although actions may have been initiated.
