| 10  Project Team: Keith Drazek, Patrik Faltstrom, Elisa Cooper, Rafik Dammak, Byron Holland, David Olive, Rob Hoggarth  PROBLEM STATEMENT - Prioritization  ICANN SO-AC-SG-C leaders need an effective set of tools and a methodology (or mechanism) that will enable them to prioritize the policy development, advisory, and policy-related work of ICANN. Understanding the full scope of ICANN’s work, developing a consensus on the scope of the work areas to be prioritized and agreeing on a consensus methodology/matrix for prioritization are all critical elements of this effort. Volunteer Engagement

| 12 Volunteer Engagement Project Team: Tony Holmes, Bill Drake, Rudi Vansnick, Sally Costerton and Chris Mondini. Problem Statements: 1.ICANN lacks ways to increase the number of qualified volunteers to invest the time and effort required to conduct bottom up, multi-stakeholder work. 2.Though there currently exist outreach programs to bring volunteers into ICANN there is little inreach activity to encourage them to stay and be active. [inreach can be understood as active cultivation and engagement of those who are already somehow present within ICANN] In other words: How can ICANN get more volunteers to be more meaningfully involved?

Information Management

In particular in the context of ICANN Web and confluence wiki. Information Management
