WELCOME To SLOUGH School Motto: “Ad Astra” (To the Stars)

Slough Grammar School selective academy Grammar school  is a Language College  a Science College  a Leading Edge School  an ICT-Focus School  a Training School  an International School under the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO)  a participant in the Primary Language Initiative.

History  Established in January 1912 ( 100 years old this year)  Was the first major selective school in slough

 In 1936, having outgrown its premises, the School split into two  Became Slough Grammar School for Boys  And Slough High School for Girls.  The boys moved into this building, but the girls remained at William Street for two more years until their new building in was completed.

 The lower school (maroon) takes students from year 7 (ages 11/12) to year 11 (ages 15/16)  The sixth form (blue) takes students from year 12 (ages 16/17) to year 13 (ages 17/18)
