OBJECTIVES OPERATE IN A RADIO ONLY (NO INTERNET ENVIRONMENT). ESTABLISH EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS AT ALL LEVELS: – CITY/COUNTY TO DDC (ARES/RACES) – DEPLOY ON-CALL RESPONSE TEAMS (ARES) – DDC & DPS REGIONS TO SOC (RACES) – STRATEGIC/BACKUP COMMS FOR TXMF (MARS) EXCHANGE TRAFFIC BETWEEN MARS/ARES/RACES MOVE RECORD TRAFFIC (voice/data) FOR SITUATIONAL AWARNESS USE ALL AVAILABLE MODES AND TOOLS (WITHOUT INTERNET)
