Advertising Strategies The success of any company fully depends upon those who run it. This is why having the best staff available is crucial and staff recruiting strategies need to be taken seriously. To get the cream of the crop while saving as much money as possible, we devised a recruiting plan that involves a series of employment services fit to specific target audiences and their skill, importance to company, and availability levels.

If the budget of Image FX is too tight, then obviously we must lower salaries and offer less benefits. However, it is important to keep in mind that salaries and benefits are what attracts many potential employees to our company, especially since Image FX is new and does not have much background information available.
