Royal Decree granting approval for establishing the Council: The Royal Decree has been issued for approval of this council according to Regulation No 117 for the year 2007 (Socioeconomic Council Regulation) based on Article 120 of the constitution on 2/12/2007. This has been transformed from a law into a regulation, and the draft law has been slightly amended in terms of limiting the right to demand consultation to the state institutions only.
