Digital Security (if screen appears)
Click My School
Click My Classes
Click the icon for desired class
The following screen should appear…
To Populate Classes… Administration > Students
To Populate Classes… Click Add
To Populate Classes… Click Grade Level > Submit
To Populate Classes… Click students > Submit
To Populate Classes… Check to see if students are in class NOTE: Never delete a student.
Go to assign weights Grade Book > Configuration
Go to assign weights Multiple Categories > Enter info > Update NOTE: You can always confirm what class you are in by checking the upper right hand corner
Adding Assignments Click Grade Book
Adding Assignments Click Assignments
Adding Assignments Click New Assignment Note: You can add five assignments in one window
Adding Assignments Add info > Add
Adding Assignments Add info > Add Note: The title should be SHORT! This will automatically populate the student’s calendar. It will eliminate the need for Google Calendar since all the student’s assignment will link to their calendar. It will be visible by student & parent.
Adding Assignments; Hyperlinks Enter in notes window > highlight text > Hyperlink
Adding Assignments; Documents Grade Book > Assignment > Attachment > Upload
Adding Documents to Home Classroom > Documents
Grading Assignments Grade Book > Assignments > Paper icon
Grading Assignments Enter info > Update > Status > Graded
Taking Attendance Home Page > Homeroom icon
