WHAT IS A PERSONALISED LEARNING PLAN? (PLP) Inclusive of all students (helping every learner to benefit from education) Student centred A partnership between students, teachers and parents One that values the needs of the individual One that encourages personal excellence Flexible

Stimulate discussion at parent interviews Planning for overcoming any barriers to learning Record achievements beyond a purely subject based focus (the whole child) Equipping learners with the skills and attitudes to become life-long learners. All students (Year 7-11) will participate in a Core Ensemble that runs Period 4 on a Tuesday afternoon. All students will be invited to participate in an extra- curricula ensemble which will run before/after school Monday to Thursday or a school lunchtime. All students are able to audition to be part of the annual school show or Cabaret. If students wish to audition for Southern Stars, The Schools Spectacular or the ISER Performing/touring Ensemble they must be a member of an extra- curricula ensemble/or participant in the school show.
