Location Our school is located in 2 places, one on the Hudson river, and the other in the Empire state building, on the 82 nd and 83 rd floor of in Manhattan, New York

Empire State building location The first half of the year some students attend the school in the Empire State Building. There special classes and activities include building boats (canoes) that will be used on the Hudson River. They also learn about engines and other mechanics here. We also have a mock courtroom for students who would like to become lawyers. Mock trials are performed here every day.

Hudson River location At our Hudson River location, children learn basics in education, and also perform hands on activities in the mechanic field. If children live far away there is housing available for them at this location.

Education At the DS School, we offer the top notch education to all of our students. Our school is offered to children in grades K- 8. This school is a private, coed school. Classes start at 9:30am and end at 4pm. We offer a variety of different subjects and extra circular, and elective classes that other schools don’t. Languages taught hear include Latin, Spanish, and French. Grades 1- 3 focus on Spanish, 4-8 on all languages. There are three classes regular, honors, and scholars. We also have an elite group of teachers and staff.

Elective classes In grades 7 and 8, students have two free periods every day for electives. Students can take classes on preparing them for careers in science, law, medicine, and business.
