Leader+ Observatory Seminar The Legacy of Leader+ at local level: Building the future of rural areas April 2007 Cap Corse, Nebbiù è Custera, Corse, FRANCE Mini-plenary H - Case Study: Evaluation by filming in Nord Grande-Terre LAG, Guadeloupe, France Vincent Derrusy European Commission

Nord Grande-Terre LAG Guadeloupe - FWI - Nord Grande-Terre

Why did we select video support ? After Leader II, we wanted to : give importance to self-evaluation even for a measure of qualitative facts, find something simple, clear but different, according to Leader + mind (innovating), regularly, call us into question and analyse the done work.

The main objectives of the project Easily appropriation by the members of the LAG (the language of consulting experts is sometime very technical), Immediate adjustments (during the programming meeting, we broadcasted the filmed projects), For every body in the LAG easy seeing of what have happened,

Some Results : … a new organization in programming meetings After, we place everybody in the same circle Before the screening : separation between public and private groups

Some results : … better impact for getting people into LEADER+ … During our fair Project, most of the People speaking to the camera tell us that they had never pay attention to our notices. We change then all, by using creole language.
