INTRODUCTION The Personnel Management Review is compiled by the Office of Human Resources. The purpose of this report is to provide the County Council and the public with general information concerning the size and composition of the County government workforce; employee turnover rates and reasons for turnover; and information concerning the comparability of County salary ranges with those of public and private sector organizations in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area. Additional information concerning the County government workforce and employee compensation is presented in the County Executive’s Recommended FY15 Operating Budget and FY15-20 Public Services Program.
