Project Highlights 4 Develop a Multi-View Image Interpolation System for wide scenarios. 4 Two versions of the prototype: –Still Images Prototype for off-line applications. –Moving Images Prototype for real-time applications. 4 Approach based on new Computer Vision Image Mosaicing algorithms and optimisation techniques. 4 Interactive user Feedback. 4 Support for multiple video streams. 4 Multiprocessing Platform.

Innovation 4 New Image Interpolation algorithm is being proposed. Based on: –Auto-calibration. –Robust and iterative methods. –Feature extraction on continuous video streams. 4 Research of new Image Processing optimisation techniques based on constrained analysis. 4 Complex multiprocessing platform + video HW is required. 4 Innovative target pilot application for football broadcasting.
