This is a MUST HAVE! – System Password (if there is not one create one) Look in GP for a list of users! – Dynamics / Tools / Setup / System / User – Go talk to them and find out what they really know. What you are looking for is: – The users that know what they are doing. – The users that don’t know what they are doing. – The users that don’t matter. (They only get in once a year)

Lots of users do not know all the features. Find short cuts to help your users do things faster! Look for features that you have in GP but are not using. Talk up new features as they come out! As long as your are positive they will be. Most of the time
