Programme Logo NB: use the new version of the logo! 6. “INTERREG IVA 2 Mers Seas Zeeën Cross-border Cooperation Programme ” For small items, the use of the European flag only is acceptable. For other items (websites, invitations, signs, press releases,T-shirts, bags, cups, umbrellas…), the EU flag, the programme logo and all written references must be visible. Don’t hesitate to contact the JTS for advice!
Additionally 1.Printed and online documents: disclaimer sentence “The document reflects the author's views. The INTERREG IVA 2 Seas Programme Authorities are not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein.” 2. Websites: hyperlinks towards the Programme and the EU website 3. Events organized by the project: EU and Programme logo 4.Use of the EU logo is also obligatory when using any other emblem 5. The communication strategy has to be provided with the 2 nd progress report. 6. Communication products and press material are always to be sent to the JTS, together with progress reports 7. JTS invited to project-related events
Investment/equipment/funding above € public funding: During the implementation of the operation: Billboard at the site of each operation which fulfills the following conditions: (a) the total public contribution to the operation exceeds EUR ; (b) the operation consists in the financing of infrastructure or of construction operations. With information on ERDF taking at least 25 % of the billboard Once the operation is completed, billboard replaced by a permanent explanatory plaque visible and of significant size. The JTS should receive pictures of the abovementioned billboards You can use the following illustration (or ask the JTS for advice if you want to make your own billboard)
These requirements are mandatory If one or more of the above conditions were not met by project partners, this would imply a recovery of the funds unduly paid or a reduction of the subsidy!
