e-Training for Classroom-based Action Research King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok Result 3) structure of e-Training for Classroom-based Action Research : consists of four systems: 1.content management system, 2.member management system, 3.bank items system, and 4.administration system. 4) Software Testing  The experimental group are student’ graduate diploma in teacher profession which register in classroom research course  we evaluate 1) efficiency of e-Training for Classroom-based Action Research and 2) evaluate student’ achievement. The result show result of quality assessment an e -Training for Classroom-based Action Research shows over good level and most student’ achievement pass over criterion.

The process assists teachers in focusing on develop student competence. Meanwhile teachers get opportunity for professional growth by relying on technology.
