Planning, Doing, Reviewing

To provide quality and professional services through training and technical assistance to its customers, thereby producing a better product or service for their customers.

We believe in a “Plan-Do-Review” strategy of execution where a plan is developed, implemented and evaluated, thus feeding into future planning.

 We are a consulting company offering services to all organizations in development and/or improvement of program operations  The Cycle brings over 50 years of combined experience in program development, implementation, evaluation and training

 The Cycle employs a set of management systems that are essential to the success of any organization  These management systems tie into the services your organization offer  They include: Planning, Governance, Communication, Record-keeping, Monitoring, Self Assessment and Recruitment

 Planning - We love it when a plan comes together! It's important to start with a plan. Let us assist you with identifying the proper tools needed to develop the best plan for your organization.

 Doing - Now that we have a plan, it's time to get off and running!  Just...well, you know the rest!

 Reviewing - How do we know whether or not our service efforts paid off? In this phase of the cycle, we evaluate the services through monitoring activities and other forms of feedback so we'll know which direction our future plans need to follow.

PROGRAM PLANNING Start here. Planning is essential to successful programs. Every organization has a vision and a mission. Are your goals and objectives driving towards your mission and vision? The Cycle offers:

PROGRAM EVALUATION Do not finish here. It’s important to measure the successes and or challenges of each program. How does your organization measure its programs? The Cycle offers:

Development of monitoring systems tailored to the needs of your organization Development and Implementation of an comprehensive organization-wide self assessment Analysis of findings resulting from evaluation activities Recommendations for improvement Assistance in developing improvement plans

DOCUMENT/FORM DEVELOPMENT Capture it here. At the Cycle, we believe that if you say it, we have to see it. If it isn’t documented, can you prove that it actually happened? The Cycle offers:

Development of forms to capture data your organization wants documented Development of program policies and procedures Technical Assistance in developing a system for effectively maintaining a catalogue of services, events and other activities

TRAINING/WORKSHOPS Get it here. The only thing that is consistent is change. Change in policies, change in regulations, change in populations. How well are equipping your staff, your board, and your clients to changes? The Cycle offers:

Training for staff and board members in areas such as communication, conducting group sessions, developing community relations/partnerships, record-keeping and documentation, confidentiality, working with special populations, the importance of self assessment, leadership skills, and project management Training for clients such as anger management, time management, work-ready workshops, and parenting skills The Cycle also offers assistance in presentation development for your organization’s use.

ON-SITE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE Let us meet you here. We are not a company that will bombard you with a zillion forms and reports. Instead, we walk the journey with your organization. Why wouldn’t you include your consultants on your journey? The Cycle offers:

Regular on-site meetings with key personnel from the organization to discuss updates, progress, and/or any changes if necessary. Facilitation of discussion for analyzing data used for program planning On-site coaching
