Mariusz Pudzianowski “Pyton” - ”Python”, Strong Man, boxer, rugby player in “Express Budowlani” – a team from Łódź, the champion of Europe in Extreme Weightlifting in series of contests called “Strong Man”, he has been preparing to the championships of America recently.

ALEKSANDRA URBAŃCZYK The most talented swimmer in “Trójka Łódź” team, 16-year- old young girl, one of the biggest hope of Polish swimming, last year she won 9 medals in the Championships of Poland, probably she will get a chance to take part in the Olimpic Contests.

SPORTS FACILITIES KKS Koluszki – Sports Club in which there are four sections: tennis, weightlifting, sports shooting and football. 300 players train here regulary. The first two sections seem to be recreation, however the new gym attracts lots of people who want to spend their free – time shaping their bodies.

SWIMMING POOL IN BRZEZINY It was opened in 2003; this is a very modern object where visitors can enjoy swimming water aerobics, water correction gymnastics and after swimming – sauna.

TRAINING RESEARCH CHANEL It’s the only one in Poland with the size of 8,5*2,8m and depth of 125 cm. It has controlled water flow speed 0-2,5m/s. It was made for players’ physiological research. All facilities have radio contact. All facilities are available for the disable.
