C OMPANY B ACKGROUND C ONTD.  Fitness Trainers Available upon appointment.  Currently providing services to 150 Customers  In addition to the basic membership, there are additional services a member can add.  Certified trainers are provided to the customers.  Services are provided 24/7

E XISTING P ROBLEM  Current system is paper based  As the number of customers are increasing, the workload on the staff is increasing.  System is error prone.  System is not technically updated.

B USINESS N EED  To establish a computerized system that will replace our current paper based system.  To keep records of all business data  To manage information about customers  To provide easy access to account and billing information over the internet for customers.  To track sales and improve efficiency

B USINESS N EED C ONTD.  To increase the sales, and customer satisfaction.  To provide online yoga videos for requested customers.  To keep track whether each customers membership is current or expired.  Have a user friendly and personalized interface.  Able to renew the membership after payment.  To maintain schedule of classes.
