We come from Požarevac. It’s a small town in Eastern Serbia. Požarevac is here!

This is our school. It’s called ‘Sveti Sava’

The student council consist of 12 students They are class representatives from the 7th and 8th grade.

This is Jelena, she is the Student Council president.

This is Nikolina, she is the Student Council vice- president.

This is Ceca, she is the school pedagogue and Student Council coordinator.

The Student Council usually meets once a month. We discuss different things regarding school life, for example, what textbooks to use in the next school year, student safety etc.

Last December we went to the Daycare center for special needs children.

We made Christmas tree poster together and decorated it.

After that we had a party, with balloons and music!

The children from the Daycare center also came to our school for a visit. We made Mother’s Day cards and gifts together.

This spring we had a training in mediation.

We learnt how to solve disagreements without conflicts.
