CHOCOLATE!!!!

Brief Most people like chocolate so you are going to design a chocolate as a gift for someone.

Specifications (constraints or given things your project must include) The base of your chocolate must be a Regular Polygon The base of the chocolate will be 10mm thick The maximum Diameter will be 50mm Your chocolate must include a personalised shape on the top of it which will be 1mm thick and made using tools in Corel Draw Your must make a box using Surface Development to present your chocolate. You must make an Orthographic drawing of the final chocolate so it could be made by someone else without verbal or written communication.

What will we learn in this unit? What a Regular Polygon is and how to construct one. How to draw a 3D solid using measurements in Isometric View How and why you would make an Orthographic Drawing How to make basic 3D shapes in PTC (a 3d modelling computer program) How to make a Surface Development (nets or boxes) How to make a mould of a 3D form and how to melt chocolate. And lots more…………………….

Step 1 Construct a Regular Polygon
