On March 13, 1781 William Herschel stood in his garden in Bath, England. He saw a speck of light which he thought it was a planet. He found that it was a planet. Years after his discovery, astromors name it Uranus, after a Greek god of Heaven and ruler of the world.
Uranus got its name of heaven and ruler of the world.
Mass:14.6 Volume:10.10km3 Density:1290 Uranus takes 84 years to complete a orbit. It takes 17 hours for Uranus to complete a rotation.
Uranus has 13 rings. They will be listed listed below. R/2003U2 R/2003U1 Epsilon Lambda Delta Gamma Eta Beta Alpha Ring 4 Ring 5 Ring 6 R/1986U2 Uranus has 5 main moons. They will be listed below. Miranda Ariel Umbriel Titania Oberon
Hydrogen(83%) Helium(15%) Methane(2%) Acetylene and Hydrocarbons
Uranus has a greenish color for the planet. The greenish color is methane. Methane is a stinky gas that can suffocate you. Methane is not only on Uranus, but many planets. Methane is poisonous to us humans.
Humans will not be able to survive. There are poisons in the air that can dissolve the astronaut suit. Even in the future, humans will not survive.
Some problems for humans in Uranus is that it only has a tiny frozen core. The core is like 1,000 miles across. Humans have to have a really thick suit to kept them warm. The ship has to have thick armor to advance toward the core.
Humans would need a thick glass base with armor. Trees and plants need to be planted for the base to produce oxygen.
