No Strategy  Is it a regional arena, a for-profit center, a neighborhood center, or something else?  How does it “fit” with potential “commercial” investors?  Where is the feasibility study that could have been done 4 years ago?  Where are the corporate donors lining up?  The arts community wants a “facility”…… But what does the City want? Or need? Against - Proposition 8 PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

No Plan  Where’s the concept, let alone a design?  Where’s the business plan with a P&L ?  What is the investment requirement?  Who “owns” and “operates” ?  How much taxpayer SUBSIDY is needed?  Where is the land? 2015 BOND ELECTION Against - Proposition 8 PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

Wasted Capacity  Frisco already has 8 High School Auditoriums!  Each has 600 Seat capacity  Each has a 5,500 Sq Ft Stage  Each has state of the art lighting & sound systems  4 nights a week are open on average  46 weekends a year are open on average  90% of Arts groups can use immediately  100% can be used with FISD coordination 2015 BOND ELECTION Against - Proposition 8 PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
