24 Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA) Defines boards of health and who sits on them Defines duties and responsibilities of BOHs For MOHs, provides authority to inspect, enforce, and issue orders Gives Minister of Health right to investigate Gives BOH responsibility to ensure the delivery of the Ontario Public Health Standards
