Welcome to: Delegate 101

Why are you here? You are here because you are a leader in your chapter. You have proven yourself worthy and responsible Your chapter is depending upon you to make decisions that will effect our association

What is a delegate and what do they do? A delegate is one of two people from a chapter that has been selected to make decisions on behalf of the chapter You are the voice of your chapter, this job is not to be taken lightly Delegates handle the business of the association, just as members handle the business of your chapter

Why do we need delegates? Delegates are an important part of our association They assure that each chapter has a say in what goes on at the state level The delegate process is the means in which we transact business Delegates set the mood, be excited and the conference participants will be too!
