The main point of a business plan The Business plan is a continues tool and it works in a way to analyze the needed business, and facilitate the working on marketing plan by controlling SOSTAC element. One of the main points we should pay attention when we start a business plan report  We should define the report shape and its main points  Start writing after defining the max size  Keep getting feedback constantly to modify immediately  Constant review of the report and apply any modification  Write your report to your selected audience

What is SOSTAC SOSTAC  Situation Where are we now?  Objectives Where do we want to get to? Objectives must be SMART Specific (with numbers) Measurable (to monitor progress and confirm achievement) Actionable (can we do it?) Reasonable (realistically attainable) Timed (incorporate deadlines)  Strategy How are we going to get there? – The Big Picture  Tactics How are we going to get there? – The Detail  Actions Who is going to do what and when?  Control How can we control, measure and develop the process?

Working on websites It is very essential when working on websites to make sure that you get a suitable solutions for all your clients. All of that through organized and documented procedures in order to make it easy to maintain the website. The website should provide at least  Design an online website  Secure log in to the website  Database with maintenance  Report system  Webhosting

Presentation You have to put your work finally on a presentation to present verbally the main points of your project, and convince your audience with your project by all your convincing enthusiasm to protect your idea while answering their questions calmly. You should pay good attention for  Pay attention to your clothes and your appearance  Vocal and sound expression should be clear and audible  Used visual effects should be helpful to clarify the idea  Keep connecting with your audience all the time  Be calm and clear while answering questions

Final report It is the report supposed to be written at the end of your project, to encourage students to review what they have or haven’t done, and to goo through their mistakes in the entire project. What should be taken care of for this report  Review the entire project work  Review the skills report (both acquired and exist)  Review and analyze the self learning methods  Pay attention to the changes in your skills  Review the working project techniques and obstacles to see other ways to handle them  The developing plans
