© Healthcare Simulation South Carolina healthcaresimulationsc.com Key Accomplishments Positive Impacts on Collaborative – Worked with industry vendors, manufacturers and software companies to develop relationships and create simulation tools Data collection, cost savings (product discounts, warranties, etc.) – Developed course development processes that allow for the increased publication of scenarios and curriculum Established a unique intellectual property management process Created the SimStore and sold it to Laerdal Medical Implemented collaborative tools (JIRA, Wiki, Moodle, Helpdesk, etc.) Resulted in HCSSC becoming the largest producer of licensable content on the SimStore – Conducted numerous simulation training activities for faculty across SC – Provided consultation and expertize in the upgrade or reorganization of partner IT infrastructure allowing for increased center utilization – Increased overall statewide utilization through ongoing support in instructional operations, administration, and information technology.
