American Citizenship and Democracy Politics – notion of social coflict whereby ppl within a society disagree over beliefs, values, priorities, and the sue of resources. WHO GETS WHAT, WHEN, AND HOW IN SOCIETY? (Harold Laswell) Government – individuals and processes that make a society’s rules about who gets what and those with the power and authority to enforce those rules.

Lost at Sea! Imagine that all the students at MCHS were to go on a field trip to Hawaii. Before reaching your destination, your ship runs into a storm and capsized. You, and about 40 of your classmates were able to secure a lifeboat and land safely on a nearby island. NO adults were in your party. Answer the following questions in paragraph form:
