They receive professionally administered methadone doses, regular physical check- ups, and counseling at a very low cost. the outputs will be a monthly count of how many Heroin users sign up for and participate in the program The percent of heroine use will be lower for those participating in the program as compared to those not participating. The percent of drug- related arrests/convictions, drug overdoses, and overall drug activity will be lower for those participating in the program as compared to those not participating. The community problem of Drug use will decline from the current amount of 1132 closer to the desired lower level of 800.
