CLASS TIME… Remain seated. Raise your hand with any questions and wait for instructions. You may call out “popcorn” responses. There is absolutely no talking during announcements, in the halls, or during a test. You may talk during group activities.

TICKETS… Tickets are earned each day by the student successfully writing down his/her assignments. Tickets may also be distributed as a reward by the 5 th grade teachers. Tickets are spent to purchase additional lost or forgotten supplies or assignments. At the end of the year, tickets may be used to purchase prizes.

SUPPLIES… It is your responsibility to bring your supplies with you to class everyday. If you forget or lose any, you may purchase replacement supplies with tickets. Please make sure you have at least 2 sharpened pencils for class. If you need to sharpen your pencils, you may use the electric sharpener before class. Once class has started please use personal manual sharpeners(shhh).

RESTROOM BREAKS… Only 1 student allowed in each bathroom at a time! Please go between classes, during the first five (5) or the last five (5) minutes of class. If it is an emergency, then of course you may go, be sure to sign out and in. Please try not to go during instructional/teaching time.
