The Balanced Scorecard Approach was developed to emphasize organizational financial results based on achieving goals and objectives.

Tall organizations structures result from smaller spans of management. 6. Highly visible and tangible elements of an organization’s culture are known as assumptions. 7. Instead of including employees, organizations should recruit a small number of opinion leaders to promote the benefits of coming changes.
