SNAPSHOTS MODEL DISCOVERY 2015 PORTFOLIO & PROPOSAL

With photography and ad campaigns of substance and good repute and a successful radio show hosted by models to its credit, Snapshots Photography, the umbrella brand to Snapshots Model Discovery, directed, produced and filmed a television program successfully and it is already highly rated by many in the industry. The program will air on National Television (CTV – DSTV 263) from 4 November till 4 December It will be a 10 episodes, of 56 minutes per episode, first season. Grade 11 girls from schools across the Western Cape competing against each with the aim of becoming our first Snapshots Model Discovery. We visited 10 schools and met nearly 1000 girls that auditioned to be part of our first season.

One of the highlights and definitely an honour for our brand and the girls that was part of our first season was the visit of our Mayor, Patricia De Lille. Our Mayor had a lovely workshop with the girls and her visit will be one of the 10 episodes of our first season.

SMD is a UNIQUE concept in itself. It’s a show that has never happened before (at least along the format we have designed). Its USP lies in its noble theme and exceptional content. Our goal was to make a difference in the lives of these girls, to inspire many others and to at least get two of them to be friends after this production. We have reached our goals. Inbox messages are pouring in daily asking about season 2. We made a difference in all of these girls’ lives and the girls made a difference in ours.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY : AN AFFORDABLE TVC Not every brand has the budget to market their brand on television. Air time on television is one of the best ways to reach your target market, but one of the most expensive marketing strategies. We recently directed, produced and filmed our own television program, Snapshots Model Discovery, which will air on National Television from November 2 till December 4, Snapshots Model Discovery’s first season will be 10 episodes in totality. Each episode will be 56 minutes with 4 ninety seconds breaks in between. Sixty of the ninety seconds belongs to us and we have the right to use it as advertising space.

What Are We Offering Your Brand? We are offering 30 seconds on National television for your brand If you do not have your own commercial we will direct, produce and shoot your commercial Your commercial will be on air during each of our 10 episodes Your commercial will be on National television twice per week from 2 November 2015 until 4 December 2015 Your commercial will be on National television during Prime Time on a Monday and a Friday evenings (7pm till 8pm) Your commercial will be filmed in High Definition and even though your commercial will be 30 seconds long you will get a 2 minute clip that you can use as a marketing tool

PROPOSAL Opportunity: As a brand that believes in making a difference we want to offer the most affordable high-quality TVC on prime time television to our partner brands for a very reasonable price of R20,000. Audience Information: We will direct, produce and film a 30 second commercial for your brand that will be aired during every episode with your logo that will be part of the partnerships screen at the end of our program. Since there are 10 different schools (each school have about 1200 learners) so our program will have a guaranteed viewership of 10 schools (learners, educators and staff), 10 households and all their friends watching the program weekly. Plus, from an estimated 1.2 Million viewers of CTV, about a quarter will be tuned into watching our program, numbers rising as the show progresses and unfolds over 10 episodes. Benefits: Apart from the benefits listed earlier, SMD TV Show has the potential to go way beyond the 10 episodes and the one season. We are already generating interest through our social media marketing and a lot of brands are showing interest to collaborate for season 2 from the start. This is not only a sponsorship request but also an opportunity for your brand to give back to the community without having to use your social responsibility budget. By coming on board as a sponsor you will be making a difference, making history and creating opportunities for those who need it. Creative Implementation: We will assist you with the concept of your commercial and we will make use of your staff and our experienced models as the role players or characters in your commercial. Your logo will appear in the beginning and at the end of each episode. Furthermore, we will leverage social media heavily for promoting all of our associates/ partners and driving traffic to the brands with promo offers and other audience engagement plans. Digital media (alongside the channel) will be used as a major instrument in brand promotion/ strategy, driving audience and traffic internationally, augmenting visibility by leaps and bounds. The idea is to go beyond borders and make our presence felt as far and wide as possible thereby generating interest in the international market for possible future associations.
