RSCCD has 93 grant projects consisting of 200 budgets Federal Competitive: e.g., Title V, TRIO grants, Early Head Start, Title III HSI STEM Allocation: e.g., WIA Adult Basic Education, VTEA Perkins, Financial Aid State Competitive: e.g., Career Technical Education, Workforce & Economic Development Allocation: e.g., Matriculation, Basic Skills Initiative, DSPS, EOPS, CalWORKs Local Competitive: e.g., Various Child Development Projects, Lumina, State Farm Program Income and/or Contributions
