POSTER INCLUDES Title (interesting, explanatory, not too long) Names of the writers, studies and the organization Introduction Basic information, backgroung and main goals of the project (the theoretical framework can have it’s own paragraph) Implementation The main phases and actions of the project (tables and graphics can make it more clear) Results 1-3 main results of the project (tables or graphics?) Discussion/Conclusion The results compared to the background, goals and implementation Meaning of the project, sustainability and ideas for future development References Contact information and logos
WHEN DESIGNING A POSTER Pay attention to: Content Content You can’t include everything so you really need to know, what’s important Titles should be interesting and informative Style Style Should fit the content, client’s image and your own taste of style Colourful is good, but too much is too much The fonts (readability and style) Different elements Different elements Make sure that pictures are clear and usable Usually people notice tables and figures before body text You can highlight or clarify contents with bullets, text boxes, lines, boldings, italics…

If you want some comments about your poster from your instructor before that, send your working version by Monday 20th.
