Gun Control Using a gun is not the answer By: Tiffany Kaplan and Andres Meeks

Gun use is not good to use  A gun could kill someone  It could ruin your life and others  “Children and guns a bad mix”

Examples of Gun Use  In April 2007 the Virginia Tech massacre.  The death in Jennifer Hudson’s family in 2008  Tragedy in a Red Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota in  The Sean Bell shooting incident in 2006

Ownership of Guns IIIIn 1994 there was 192 millions guns in peoples homes PPPPeople have guns in their house for protection

State laws for guns  At least six states have laws to keep guns away from the work place  Alaska, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi and Oklahoma have this law  Texas is one state that allows people to carry a loaded gun with a license and a complete safety course

Pros and Cons of Gun Control Against gun control  Crime can be caused with a gun  Conflict with guns around children For gun control  Guns are good to have for protection

Opinion on Gun Use  A gun in your house is bad to keep around children  Having a gun causes too many problems for family and friends
